📄 Why isn’t there an invoice in my package?
To reduce paper waste, we send invoices by email only.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as our fulfillment process begins quickly after checkout.
That said, if you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of you.

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your JeaverCloth, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

📦 Will my order arrive in one package?
In some cases, larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on availability.
